The research problem being addressed by the article in question is whether there is any relationship or links between the organizational culture and transformational leadership. According to the report, a lot of many pieces of research' projects have been carried out on the importance of transformational leadership and organizational culture in a company set-up, and therefore it is imperative to critically assess the individual link or relationship that the factors have in common. From the abstract of the article, this is not a simple issue due to the fact many companies have initiated transformational leadership and organizational culture in the systems, but most firms still don't have the background information on the special relationship between the two active factors (Ophelia, 2014). Based on valid scientific research that has been carried out by the author, the article has presented detailed information on the individual links between the two elements in question, and this has further been supported by relevant and up to date references.

For example, from the discussion chapter, the author was successful in finding the link between the organizational culture and transformational leadership. For example, under the research design and methodology, the author only used the quantitative method leaving the qualitative approach. The research should have considered the qualitative approach of study whereby, market researches activities, focus groups (group discussions), individual interviews and participation of the research experts in some of the events in a given company could have brought more tangible evidence for discussion qualitative approach is very important since it deals with non-numerical values, hence making it an explanatory research. Combining both qualitative and quantitative research methods could have made the study to be very active and only quantitative aspect was used this clearly expresses some weakness (Brannen, 2017).

In research projects, it is essential to consider gender diversity, especially in Research design and methodology. From the article the involved a few numbers of women in the research design and methods as compared to that of men. The different variable was used for instance the LPI and OCI. The results achieved supported the notion that indeed there is the strong relationship between the two factor is the question.
