I have been doing this for some time and it has led to the accumulation of problems since my schoolwork has piled up. Procrastination of school work affected me physically as I was undergoing great fevers and dizziness while struggling to finish up my work. After noticing these changes, I emotionally grew unhappy with myself and felt depressed. Things had to change and I started creating a clear proper schedule, set out my time to cook and do my work. I started paying attention to what my body needed. I increased proper decision making on healthier food over junk food by training my mind on self-control. I stopped pointing fingers at others for my irresponsibility, stopped making silly excuses for not being properly arranged, began the rule of consistency and started connecting with responsible people. I turned my fear of being clumsy to cleaning.

Life suddenly changed as my personal hygiene also improved. Respect grew and a touch of self-awareness also improved. Oversleeping is a condition whereby people tend to sleep more than expected hours. To reduce the stress, I started the practice of better sleeping hygiene, talking out about my problem to the gym consultant also helped. Setting up a clear routine on times to sleep and work out also yielded fruits. In summary, everyone undergoes stress as it is inevitable to human life. Stress is normal to people but by following the above sequences and steps one can avoid a lot of trouble. It is advised for people to create their own time and space. J. , Langston, P.
