However intimacy can be seen as a deep connection between two individuals who are emotionally attached to each other. The emotional attachment is however not limited to just lovers. Another common fallacy about intimacy has been the notion that it can only exist between a male and a female. Several other fallacies have been raised concerning intimacy which is why in this paper I intend schedules and create time for their spouses family or friends. Conclusion Other than overindulgence of sex in defining intimacy and also the failure by various partners to allocate time to their loved ones there are other hindrances to intimacy such as lack of trust and behavioral change in partners over time.
