App Moreover, British Airways has developed an application for its clientele to increase their level of interaction with their clients. The application also allows passengers to select their entertainment options and the seat that they prefer in an airplane. Chatbots British Airways has also used chatbots to optimize customer experience. As artificial intelligence continues to be developed, computer-generated chatting experiences are available for clients who want to receive services and critical information from the airline.

The benefit of a chatbot is that it is equipped with natural language abilities. This is important as it enables airline services to be offered in a manner that mimics human conversations (Corcoran).
