Change towards patients safety

The health service today is facing three main challenges; improving the quality of care, redesigning service delivery into the patient’s needs, and achieving a better value of healthcare for the society. In the recent decade. Studies indicate that healthcare management, professionals in health care delivery and patient groups have similar interests in reconfiguring health care delivery systems into a system of quality care in the right place, and timely. This paper will be divided into three main parts: highlighting the reasons for the change in the quality of care towards a patient’s changing needs and safety(Bell,2014); discussing the various challenges incurred during reconfiguring the health care system; and recommendations of achieving an improved quality of care. It is framed on the theory that for proper systems to be fully implemented, there must be the will to improve, alternative ideas or approaches that shift from the status quo and the execution ought to be made realistic and attainable.
