Conflict Resolution Student’s name Name of Course Professor’s name Name of School Date Conflict Resolution Case Scenario A private jet has recently landed on the wrong pathway after an erroneous instruction was administered by an air traffic controller. Amidst the confusion a tire burst occurred. There was no damage to any other part of the airplane and no injuries were apparent among the flight attendants and passengers. The pilot reported the issue to the maintenance team as the plane was supposed to take off again after six hours. The airport has been busy of late due to the high number of travelers going for holidays. The maintenance department did not prioritize the tire change service due to the immense workflow and expectations but there is another problem. Three personnel from the team quit from their the alternatives will be developed and their relevance to the issue at hand determined. Decision making and conclusion With all recommendations placed on the table for discussion a decision has to be made on how the conflict will be dealt with. A voting system can be done at this point whereby people in the final meeting can decide on the best way forward with numbers of people favoring a recommendation determining the best consideration that will be adopted.
