It is one factor that lowers the psychological empowerment as well as the ability to self-realization (Chou et al. 2017). Several studies have been conducted on ways through which students with intellectual disability can be improved. Technology use in the education field has been spreading since the realization of its importance in improving student’s learning capabilities. Today’s technologies such as computers electronic organizers mobile phones and internets prove to have a positive impact on the classroom outcomes for learners with intellectual disabilities (Tanis et al. 2012). Unfortunately large number of students’ with intellectual disabilities is left out of technology use in learning processes. Students with intellectual disability need intensive instruction for purposes of developing academic skills.
