The project contributes significantly to the growth of the economy. The purpose of the project is to utilize the sun as a natural resource to reduce electricity. The total target output of electricity in the plant is 50MWe, which totals to 175 GWh every year. The electricity that is recovered from the power plant is adequate to serve around 300 000 people in that area. It means that the CO2 emissions will be reduced significantly, and the electricity strain that was once experienced in the area will be considerably mitigated. There are four financiers of the project, which include the European investment bank, Sabadell bank group, BNP Paribas, the European commission, Decia, and West LB.

The banks produced large sums of money to invest in the project. The main sponsors of the project are the solar millennium group and ACS cobra group. Solar millennium has grown over the years, and in 2010, the total revenue for this project were 73. million euros (Gellert, 2003). The Human resource team was also part of the project. Their main aim was to hire competent individuals that will see the project grow from the inception stage to the end (Zhi, 1995, Al-Bahar 1990). There is a legal team that is also involved in the project. They aimed to create a regulatory framework that will ensure that the project runs smoothly (Trieb, 2009). Performance Performance of the project in this section is mainly dependent on its complexity.

It also had internal and external shareholders. The project was fueled by the national government, which led to its completion. It introduced clean energy in Spain (Alexandrova, 2017). Stakeholder satisfaction The stakeholders are a valuable part of the project. For them to buy the shares in the project, they have to be satisfied by knowing that their investment will bear profits. The DECA guidelines will be used to ensure that all areas have been covered. The project would bring in experts in the specific areas of improvement and come up with a Plan B in case the project fails (Naomi, 2010). The deadlines have to be observed, the accounts and all actions of the project. the mitigating factors would be incorporated in the project to ensure that it achieves its goals efficiently and effectively.

system engineering An articulate systems engineering would be installed to ensure that the project runs successfully. Due to the complexity of the project, some changes would be made to the project so that it would run smoothly (Forsberg et al. Instead of adopting a hierarchy method of governance, the project would incorporate a more dynamic criterion. The plan was open for investment to both internal and external stakeholders. It means that some of the accounts were misplaced in the process. With a risk management team, fewer losses would be incurred (Fleming 2016, Jebasingh, 2016). There is, therefore, a need to make some adjustments to the technology to ensure that people can access the services at lower costs (Meredith et al, 2017). The project would also need to change its operations.

Some of the states in Spain have tried to come up with mechanisms of ensuring that CSP is the electricity of choice (Harrison, 2017, Rendo, 2019). Conclusions In conclusion, the CSP power plant was a success having a direct impact on the political, environmental, and legal environment. The project caused a significant development to the area considering the reception that it had by the Spanish government. However, due to globalisation it would be difficult to meet the terms of CSR. With a well documented environmental Impact assessment, it would be easier to ensure that CSR is met. The diagram below represents the effect of CSR. References 1. Akyuz, Yilmaz. T. I. L. D. A. N. A.
