The seriousness of Cyberwarfare problem is depicted by the catastrophic effects that it has had on the daily functioning of the nations. The seriousness of the Cyberwarfare problem is shown in a number of instances. In 2008 computer spies and hackers infiltrated the Pentagon $300 billion joint strike program. The computer hackers were able to copy and delete some of the sensitive weapon designs which could easily be used by the enemies of the US. Also in 2009 computer hackers used sophisticated programs to teal classified information detailing the US and South Korea military drills to fight North Korea. The infiltration into the computers meant that the lives of soldiers in both US and South Korea were at risk because all the strategies to fight North Korea were at the hands of the hackers. The accessibility of the the highest open forums since it is an effective way to reduce cyber-attacks. Protecting the little guy is an effective solution which is proposed to help minimize the cyber-attacks. In this case the law enforcers and the Banks need to co-operate and ensure the cybercrimes are reported. The social media tactics should be employed to enhance the relationships between the law enforcers and individuals’ hence adequate protection is facilitated. Lastly countries should form a network of co-operation. The problem of cyber attacks originates mostly from different countries especially the east and Russia. Proper coordination within these countries will help to prevent the attacks. The co-operation within different countries is an effective solution because there will be sharing of basic infrastructure to fight cyberwarfare. Therefore the discussed cyber warfare solutions are valid and others will not be effective if the United States will not ensure consistency towards minimizing this problem. [...]
