The conditional letter also required that I provided evidence of the English Language Proficiency equivalent to an IELTS score of 6. 5 with at least 6. 0 in all components. Unfortunately, I have no scores for the IELTS exams yet am still committed to joining the University of Leeds. The "2+2" international study program from Canada and other major English speaking countries may not be an effective way that suggests that the study has proficiency in the English language. Currently, I have a final GPA 3. 36 which meets the first requirement for admission to the University of Leeds. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, I was not in a position to take the IELTS tests. I was privileged to take up a part-time job offer from the province I studied.
