Culture and Leadership Research

Since leadership was a core element in the education sector, it put efforts in bringing the students who had different backgrounds and ethical perspectives together with a common purpose. Leaders always face dilemmas and challenges when leading people with cross-culture differences and the only way to lead effectively is to employ cross-culture leadership skills. Leaders should always use cross-cultural type of leadership to help them sort the issues of the cross-cultural environment. Moreover, abolishment of ethnocentrism should be exercised to combat the dilemma since it will assist in equalizing all the cultures. Also, a leader should understand the cultural values of their subordinates in order to interact freely with them due to dynamics of the social lives including beliefs, religion, and politics.
