Saudi Aramco’s main objective was to make higher profits by being one of the best world energy producing Company. After a few years of good performance, it did not achieve its goal because of the old processing methods that it used. The change therefore led to the introduction of new production strategies. This is seen whereby; employment of skilled employees has boosted the rate of production of the Company positively. Furthermore, the change in production and processing strategies of the Company has also created positive results.
