The concept of organization sustainability has been the global talk in many businesses where it is seen as a strategy that will save the economic markets in the world. Business sustainability is referred to as a process or approach executed by the companies to ensure proper management of the environmental and social risks, opportunities and obligations and their financial opportunities. It can also be detached as a corporate activity that demonstrates the social and ecological concerns in corporate operations. It also focuses on the interaction of with the business stakeholders who are expected to have different goals pertaining the organization’s sustainability, strategies, and goals matching the aims of the organization and responses to the organization’s conditions at any given time.

Flexible and adaptive leadership A flexible and adaptive leadership is also one of the most important considerations of corporate sustainability management. Businesses and organizations have a high need for good leadership which impacts on the management system of the entire organization. The leaders of the organization should, therefore, be mindful and be ready to make decisions that are focusing on the growth of the organization. Management of the organization's sustainability can also be impacted on by the power of the brands. Corporations, therefore, should consider a powerful brand to grow significantly in the market. The impact of technology in an organization can, therefore, be seen in changes in profitability and smooth running of activities.

Moreover, technology has led to innovations and inventions of different kinds. Also, the internal working environment in companies has been uplifted by technology for example employees now get to use technological equipment that makes work more comfortable and motivates them. Employee motivation Another critical factor to consider in managing sustainability is employee motivation. Employees are regarded as essential elements and contributors in the corporate sustainability. Social and economic factors The organizations need to consider social and economic factors in developing sustainable business practices. First, it must ensure and take advantage of the available workforce and recruit more skilled employees to increase the organization’s output. Other social issues affecting sustainability include social change, population among other factors affecting the employees socially.
