This research depicts that social lifestyles and behavioral factors play a great deal in contributing to obesity. Obesity has many social, psychological and mental effects of the life of secondary schools’ kids (Cawley et al. For instance, children’s academic performances are being impacted negatively. Researches also depict that physical education through organized curriculum can help reduce or suffocate the problem among the secondary schools’ kids. Thus, schools across different geographical locations of the UK are encouraged to lay policies that will help increase health and physical activities to counter the obesity problems among the secondary school kids. When PE time is an increase, there is a high chance that children will also improve in math and sciences because PE refreshes the mind of a student making it active.
