These problems have been influenced by the rapid growth in globalization. This has enhanced security issues in corporations and made them strenuous to manage. Looking back to some years before, security issues that threatened corporations had not developed and overgrown as they have in the current times. However, there have been improvements implemented to counter these threats. Among the techniques that help in the solution are CCTV cameras, guards and barriers, locks, passwords, encryptions and personnel in the information technology fields to protect the systems. They also need to implement measures that are appropriate for the certain corporate and the businesses carried out by the organization. There are elements that are appropriate when designing security systems for the corporations (Hutter, 2016). Defending the corporation means protecting life and property.

Therefore, when designing a security system use of layers is important, they prevent attackers from penetrating the different layers. In case one penetrates one layer, maneuvering through the next becomes a problem, for example a wall can be the first layer, with the guards, doors and locks as the other layers. Therefore, the corporate physical security is tasked with ensuring that the employees and the property is imminent to these threats, hence, they need to implement barriers or security methods that help in the protection of this. Some of the internal security problems that an organization can face is fire (Oriyano, 2014). Human life is paramount when it comes to security. Protecting life is important and should be given maximum attention in case such a threat occurs.

Secondly, the company data should be restored and secured after human life has been saved. Therefore, a corporate needs to articulate on the options that best serve their purpose. Implementing security not only keeps the property intact and undeterred but also keeps the people within the organization safe. Thus, security entails to all the operations and living organisms that are in the facilities. Through following the rules and guidelines stipulated for the employees and all those in the facility, security and safety can be implemented in accordance to the expectations (Adams & Martina, 1999). Through these items data can be stolen or lost and therefore, creating issues for the corporation. Another problem associated with technology is that it can malfunction halting the operations of the corporation (Neuman, 2009). In case a door locked protected by fingerprints malfunctions it can shut down the premises from being accessed from either side. This malfunction can be caused either by a terrorist and end up causing destruction since there is nowhere to run to. Physical security helps in the protection of human life, property and data in a corporation. Threats such as fire are dangerous to human life, therefore, people who have knowledge on fire and how to suppress them are needed in the corporation. And also giving the employees guidelines or safety rules in case of fires is tasked to the physical security department (Adams & Martina, 1999).

Not only do these measures protect human life but also prevent issues that arise from privacy breaches. The law implements laws that help in the observation of these threats. Therefore, it’s necessary to be keen on the security of physical devices which can easily be stolen. Conclusion. Physical security is therefore tasked with ensuring the safety and security of life and property in a corporation. There are challenges that the corporations face in ensuring these, however, they have implemented ways that help them in the solving of the problems caused by insecurity.
