Since then, there has been rift between us. There were a lot of struggles in trying to explain why each person preferred their cafeteria of choice. For instance, in my colleague’s case the hotel claimed had quality Foodland each of the other workmates were dinning from there. I could not afford the amount and I had a different choice. The different ideologies have made us to struggle a lot in communicating to each other. The concession would have made each one of us half way and no one would feel no respected. It is very crucial to learn people for whom they are and for whom they are not. Collaborating with what they are not even though they perceive to be can really be of great importance in solving personal differences.
