Emerging economies includes the fame BRICs (Brazil Russia India and China) and Portugal Italy Ireland Greece and Spain (PIIGS) (Ioana-Cristina 2014). The BRIC is an ellipsis coined by Jim O’Neill to refer to the emerging economies of Brazil Russia India and China in 2001 in his article titled ‘Building Better Global Economic BRICs’ (O'neill 2001). Since then the reference to BRICs has become ubiquitous in the foreign competitions media and trade debates especially on the primary themes of the rising new bloc in nations.
