I love group work and actively participate in it since it gives me insight on things that I did not know and also a chance to share ideas with my group members and help whenever I’m needed to. From time to time I might ask questions out of topic in the group but I’m working to achieve full concentration. I would like to increase my class participation so as to maximize learning. This class has equipped me with knowledge on both quantitative and qualitative research to help make strategic decisions in line with organizational visions, communication effectiveness and working effectively with people of diverse ideologies and experiences, positive response to incidents, social responsibility and ethical behaviors and many more.

The key things I have learned is on research and effective communication and leadership. It brings out the responsibilities of a particular job, therefore, helps human resources hire qualified personnel. For an organization to achieve its vision and goals it requires the correct personnel as an asset. Human resource analyzing and designing of work makes goes in line with the business needs of an organization thus hiring a correctly skilled workforce. This function is critical for organizations to be successful. This function is more essential today due to the current dynamic nature of businesses and change in technology. This area is important since it determines heavily the direction an organization is headed. If an incompetent CEO is hired then we can be sure the organization is headed for a doomsday.

If the employee number is greater than the required number or if an important position is vacant in the organization, great losses are likely to be incurred. It is critical for the human resource to have the employees on check to prevent any possible losses or fraudulent activities. Employees are among the assets of an organization therefore greatly determining the operation and business success of the organization (Ford et al. Take a case where information security experts are needed. These experts are few and are needed in many organizations. For it to recruit the best expert available it has to brand itself such that the security experts will not have doubts about the organization when applying for the position. This area will evolve technologically, employer rebranding and in terms of addressing the changing business needs.
