Executive disagreed with Ben they responded that they knew and did not want in this situation? I will organize discussion meeting with the Prairieland Bank CEO stallholders and the entire executive including the insurance and audit executives. During this discussion I will clarify the problem; focus on the solution and how to put the ideas from the meeting in action. The first thing I will do in the meeting is to post a question on what exactly is the problem. The second thing is finding the solution to the problem from the involved parties. All the firms will respond to the problem by giving thoughtful strategies to curb the problem. The discussion of the parties should be inherently positive and failure to that means I will resign because violation of work ethics means risking. Reference Brink A. (2011).
