Today, a lot of technological devices exist which were impossible to imagine ten years ago. For example, the use of cloud computing system which serves as a big data storage and processing (Dimitrov, 2016). Many consumers are utilizing medical websites to educate themselves and inquire about medical services from health providers. Social sites especially Facebook and Twitter have made it possible to send health information to a broad audience and increasing interactions between health providers and patients.
