An enumeration of probable leadership style that fascinates my thinking on being the ideal model responsible for guiding my decisions on following a leader to achieve considerable progression. The ability to inspire confidence among people being led makes it possible for an individual to determine the aptitude of the followers in implementing their directives and philosophies. Quality leadership capable of inspiring transformation is attained by persons that master the art of influencing the mindset of human beings into offering their best in enhancing performance. Understanding Leadership Leadership on a Personal Standpoint The achievement of success in any endeavor such as personal, sales, and professional depends on the leadership strategy employed towards encouraging people to deliver the best. Leadership plays a pivotal role in changing the fortunes of an individual, organization and other people being led (Sinek, 2009).

The essence of servant leadership is to ensure the organizational activities are premised on setting up processes and having a particular behavior that will rejuvenate and strategically renew the organizational performance. Servant leadership gives the organization a pivotal role in developing several mechanisms within the organizational strategic plans for a better and responsive outcome of changing business dynamics. Leadership on a Professional Standpoint On a professional perspective, it is imperative to underscore the essence of quality leadership on developing strategies to maneuver complexities in the career pathway. Professional success is possible when an individual develops skills and knowledge of employing servant leadership attributes as a means of gaining a voluntary following among peers and teammates. For instance, servant leadership makes it possible for a professional to encourage teammates in creating opportunities through innovation.

A leader should use their skills in handling different challenges to guide and influence employees’ commitment in offering the best for attainment of organizational objectives. The learning phase of leadership will require the development of competent steps that can be evaluated to determine the suitability of the model in yielding significant results (Bliss, Pecukonis, and Snyder-Vogel, 2014). The global business dynamics in modern times consist of stiff competition where organizations that get the appropriate corporate entrepreneurship model take on the high rewards that come with a favorable market. An illustration of how best servant leadership makes it possible for leaders to develop a positive impact in society and their organization can be analyzed to discern the benefits of the model. Leaders charged with the enormous responsibility of leading people on the pathway of prosperity have exhibited rich experiences based on the application of servant leadership in various capacities (Sinek, 2009).
