However, I was impressed by the creativity I saw in the US. I watched my brother make strides in his start-up without needing to rent out a whole office block or entity. The innovation inherent in the sector is what stands out the most. I want to be in a sector that is always moving forward and I believe real estate is it. I was especially impressed by the community concept which I saw in my brother’s office space. I want spaces and buildings where people are encouraged to come together instead of drawing apart. I intend to be a part of the future of real estate. My interest in real estate is also driven by my belief that humans in the future should be assured a place to stay.
