Personal Values essay

Therefore, I identified the things that I enjoy doing that involve individuals or groups of people. Through this exercise, these are my values; management, ability to help others and a lover of education. Management involves resources such as human resource, time and money therefore to be a good manager, one must be able to balance all these resources in order to achieve a goal. To me, helping others simply means putting a smile on someone’s face and finally, the love of education adds to both my soft and technical skills of which they come handy in my social realm, at work and even with family. Considering Self-actualization under Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs, helping others especially when it brings no gain to self is a noble thing.
