The Company provides air transportation for passengers and cargo, it’s cargo division provides a range of freight and mail services, with facilities and interline connections available across the globe. Companies think that combining business activities makes the performance increase and the costs decrease. That leads to businesses attempting to merge with other companies to form a new company. One merger deal that I'm going to concentrate on is the agreement between American Airlines and U. S Airways. American Airlines and U. And for the business, it was about being the most significant airline company there is. Apart from American Airlines being the largest airline in the world, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport remains the busiest airport in the world, hosting 94.
