This exhibition will provide an exceptional selection of artwork from important artists of the last two centuries that include Picasso, Manet, Monet, Degas, van Gogh, Courbet, Matisse, Gauguin, Pollock, and Rothko (National Gallery of Art, 2018). The common characteristic of these artists in that their work displays figurative, thematic or literal inspiration to the viewers and also the modern artists and will all be located in one room. This exhibition will help the viewers to discover a selection of masterpieces in the collection that cover major movements from romanticism and realism to abstract expressionism through to the cubism and impressionism. Therefore this exhibition will not only bring together the work of great masters of modernism and impressionism but also show truly art as a universal language.

One of the most influential and dominant artists of the 20th century is Pablo Picasso who was a master of endless reinvention. However, his work continues to inspire many artists even today. This art exhibition will feature the most famous work of Gogh and the greatest works in western art, the "starry night" of 1889 (National Gallery of Art, 2018). This piece shows the artist's interest in astronomy that represents the Venus, several stars, and moon in their exact position on a clear night. The fourth artist is Henri Matisse who alongside Marcel Duchamp and Pablo Picasso, is regarded one of the three most influential and innovative modern artists. This art exhibition will feature one of his artwork "la danse" of 1910 that shows five dancing figures (National Gallery of Art, 2018).

This exhibition will also cover other artworks from Gustave Courbet that will feature his piece of "burial at ornans. " Also, the art exhibition will feature the artwork of Georges Braque with his piece on "piano and mandola" of 1910. In conclusion, it is evident that the masterpiece collection from the renowned artist will provide the viewers and artists an avenue to view artwork from various major movements.
