Despite having quality products for the extensive market coupled with a growing middle-class, the business has a website that contains a few listed products without an option of purchasing them online. The inability to reach new and existing customers spells out the biggest challenge the business faces since competitors have established excellent technological tools to enhance their market presence. The business seeks to improve the operationalization of the current website and apply two important technologies of wireless, mobile computing and m-commerce together with business analytics and business intelligence solutions. Mobile commerce involves marketing of goods using handheld devices such as mobile phones and PDAs. The website offers a wide range of products with crazy discounts and offers free shipping in some instances hence responding to consumer expectations. Business analytics and intelligence solutions will enhance our capacity to manage the Zuhura brand thereby improving their online presence reaching a broader market.
