The level of nursing care support that the patient requires. The Orem theory identifies three levels of nursing care support; wholly compensatory system identifies the nursing care provision for the patient as being fully supported by the nurse to meet their activities of daily living. Partially compensatory requires part nurse support while the supportive system is where the nurse offers basically supportive care to the patient as the patient is able to meet their health needs. Legal concerns in the care of the patient include negligence which would occur in the case if Mr. is not well attended to as per the needs and requirements of the patient.
