Different countries in the world have their constitutions codified and it is the purpose of this paper to examine different written constitutions of the world in comparison with the United Kingdom’s constitution. Most of the countries in the world have written their constitution except the U.K. Therefore it means that this paper will be dealing with two countries one which has a codified constitution and the other with uncodified constitution. The term codified also referred to as written constitution refers to a formal document obtained by a country which contains the several aspects. One it may contain the various rule and regulations which are used to govern the country’s political system. For instance the constitution can define an example of government such as presidential or royal among others.
