Fun and entertainment, along with educational activities, will be the integral parts of the event in both days. Alignment to respective regulations, law and legislation. Recommendations and conclusions 13 Introduction In this planning report, a key consideration will be the proper management of the build for the event’s two different aspects, including the access to the site.

Another key consideration is the audience profiles for two day event and how is coordinated with the entertainment provided. Besides, design and facilities of the site, comprising emergency services access, should be integrated into this event. Both the SWOT and CPEST analyses have been conducted through which the feasibility of the SEE was showed. The current PM planning report will look thoroughly at the SEE planning and its major considerations using teh supportive PM tools such as the grant chart that will enable us to get the progress of the work with time. Therefore we will ensure that we keep track of the work using the grant chart as the critical network path analysis tool. This tool will look like the one below.

Processes and Project Planning 2. Event Feasibility When an event is planned, importance of event feasibility is much more, and the reason is that an in-depth research assists the way financial resource is applied and stakeholders are attracted to support the event. Overall, 10,000 audience is expected for this event. The event’s free cost means that ticketing will not be required for students. Weaknesses There are some weaknesses as well. As this event will be organised on Monday and Tuesday in August, students will not be capable of attending this because of their schools. Beside this, the public members (students’ parents) will also be engaged at work, suggesting that there would not be the expected number of audience. Political Due to complaints about noise and waste in the ground, the local authority can still intervene.

Hence, this aspect could have a direct yet unfavourable impact on what activities the SEE is capable of putting on. Economic The SEE will be free for students, except their parents, which means that there will be less economic benefit of this event. The suppliers’ and contractors’ cost will be the only economic impacts on the event, so the event management will have to make sure proper pay is received by them abiding by any legal guidelines. As small number of attendees would be expected because the event will be held on two working days and other events will also be held on same says, economic benefits may be low. All health and safety measures will be there including first-aid and ambulance services for attendees.

Wherever people gather security should be a major consideration and with this detail, some security company will be hired to maintain some order during the event. They will be moving up and down as the event goes on. Their role will be to ensure everyone is safe during the event. Secondary Considerations In addition to the primary and key consideration that will be looked into, it is as well important that several other secondary elements be taken into consideration. On the first day of the event, we expect to hold at least 5,000 students for a live show. These students will only enter if they have a ticket. The fact that tickets will be handed in as well as the large number of students being accommodated calls in for a large stadium or a large free space which can hold all of these as well as the presentations.

Not only is a large stadium needed, but also a stadium which will make every student comfortable and also not find it hard to understand what's going on, that is, the ongoing presentations should be visible to all students in whichever corner they will be. Lincoln Castle has several such facilities but finding one which will hold all these students and accommodate them comfortably could prove to be quite a challenge. On the other side in case someone is so sick and they cannot help themselves to the medical camp site a team of energetic men and women with some reflectors whose back side is labelled that they deal with medical emergencies will be manning around the compound so that they can be easily identifiable.

Since this event will be going to late night, there are expected sort of drunkenness among the young attendees and this will be addressed through ensuring that the entrance to the event site is allowed to sober individuals who can make good decisions. Some alcohol blow system for detection of the alcohol percentage will be used. Alignment to respective regulations, law and legislation. The government which dictates most of the countries affairs has got a set of laws and regulations that have to be considered when making a decision on this matter.
