Climate Change impact on Public Health

When the energy is reflected back, warming is avoided. When the earth releases the energy it has absorbed back to the atmosphere, it cools. The changes in energy balance the earth’s system is what brings about climate change. The changes in the sun’s energy result in changes in energy reaching the Earth’s system. These changes are usually caused by changes within the sun and changes in the shape of the orbit of the earth. Observational studies of the impact of the recent eruptions have suggested that a single eruption generates global reduction in temperatures of approximately two to three tenths of a degree Celsius. This effect lasts up to a period of two years. Kelly agrees with EPA that changes in the heat of the sun cause climate change.
