Come prepared to recommend specific actions to begin to remedy the situation at Alderson & Zwindski. Your recommendations must be consistent with motivation theory and supported by empirical analysis. Suggestions: While Mr. Alderson and Mr. Zwindski are concerned with their high turnover rate, you view turnover as symptom of underlying problems rather than the actual problem. Your first step is to identify the problem(s). The following suggestions are offered. 1. Use the Work Climate Assessment data to: a. Determine if there are differences between Architects and Draftsmen. b. What problem areas (if any) are indicated for Architects? c. What problem areas (if any) are indicated for Draftsmen? 2.
