This presents the scope of this analysis; to identify the concepts vital to the implementation of new information systems based on the research results of Nima and Zeynab’s study titled The impact of cost, technology acceptance and employees’ satisfaction on the effectiveness of the electronic customer relationship management systems. Based on an evaluation of the implementation success of implementing a web-based customer services, the effectiveness of E-CRM is based on three major factors; the cost of implementation, the level of technology acceptance, and the nature of employee and customer satisfaction derived from use of the new system. The scope of effect of cost is in terms of two spectrums, what is the initial cost of implementation in comparison to the benefits that will be accrued from reduced costs of operation.
