In 2015, more than 30 million people in the US had diabetes, this estimated to 9. 4% of the nation’s population. The old adults were the most affected with diabetes; it was estimated that 25. 2% of adults aged 65 years and above had diabetes (3). Among the patients diagnosed with prediabetes, most of them are told by health professionals that they have the condition and ignore making the condition become diabetes (1). Based on the A1C level and fasting glucose more than 33% American adults had prediabetes in 2015. It is costly to manage and treat diabetes because of the frequent medical check-up, daily injections, and medications and expensive diets and lifestyle (2). Diabetes is among the leading killers in the world it was the seventh leading killer in America in 2015 (1).
