This takes place within a given period of time and it undergoes a number of stages so as to strengthen the bond. Interpersonal relationship is very important because it leads to proper relationship among the people hence resulting to a peaceful coexistence. Interpersonal relationship may develop at various levels in the society such as at the family at school in churches at the workplace as well as other places of interaction. For a good and strong interpersonal relationship the individuals must interact together on several occasions so as to understand each other well. During such interactions the individuals get to know ones likes and dislikes as well as the expectations of each one of them. This helps in relationship. In this method we involved a third party/ mediator who helped to solve our dispute and reconcile. This person was neural and did not side on any party hence in a series of discussion we were able to come into a common agreement. We reconciled and committed ourselves to continues with the relationship and make it stronger and powerful than ever before.
