Develop a coherent marketing mix for a new product or service    Required Task You are required to produce a report based on the financial viability of organsing a marketing campaign for the Royal Court Hotel in Coventry. It is unnecessary to include itemised figures for proposed expenditure but should focus in general terms on the viability of high or low cost campaigns and their likely return on investment. They are keen to increase revenues by targeting more of the leisure market. The hotel is very busy Monday to Thursday and has a lot of business people using its facilities – however at the weekend many of the rooms are unused and function rooms remain empty. Using market segmentation suggest how certain groups could be effectively targeted using the most appropriate mediums. Please ensure the proposals include both advantages and disadvantanges of each methodology. The report should also contain a coherent marketing mix for the new products and/or services you are suggesting. Please ensur that the report is structured formally with title, contents page and subject headings. It should suggest recommendations and have a full reference list produced to the CUC format. Develop a coherent marketing mix for a new product or service Guidance notes and considerations In all cases the work should be more than descriptive collations of individual submissions or library material (sources should be referenced in detail, notions alone are not acceptable); should illustrate relevant aspects of theory and accepted practices, and demonstrate thoughtful analysis and discussion of key issues. Marks will be lost if the report is poorly presented, structured or written. You will reference all sources. Your word count will include all quotes or citations. There is a 10% allowance on the word count. Submission Guidelines What you need to submit = 1 X ELECTRONIC COPY (via Moodle). This assignment should be submitted via Turnitin on the VLE by 20.00 hrs on the hand in date. Marking is anonymous so please do not include your name in your submission title, on your title page or in the file name. The assignment should be written in : Arial 12, 1.5 Spaced and Right Justified. • There should be a title page with the assignment name and the name of the module, the title of the assignment and which number the assignment is (2 of 2) and word count. • In the footer should be the page number and a student number
