Further stated, organization diagnosis focuses on the basics of the organization because the diagnostic development process tends to focus on the exciting and new facts (Falletta, 2014). During the procedure, new changes are identified which are prioritized to keep the development process valuable. According to the scores from the questionnaire results, the leadership aspects need to be evaluated. The leaders need to be a motivation to the employees by taking the right actions where the rest of the employees can follow. The leader should set concrete goals and learn to execute the predetermined goals and objectives (Shull, Church & Burke, 2014).
