This strategy has a broad scope which is: the identification of the situation analysis statement of the objectives accompanied by the relevant tactics and strategies and listing of the stakeholders to aid in the mitigation of the labor issues that the factory workers are facing at Foxconn. The main objective of all this is to promote good communication in a two-way process by exchanging information and keeping all of its employees updated with all that pertains the brand. Through this strategy Timothy D. Cook the CEO of Apple Inc intends the employees and low wages which cause the employees to be dissatisfied. With this information in mind it is easier to integrate the two-way communication strategy bearing in mind what outcome this will have on the organization and the employees from the situation analysis. Then based on the company strength providing financial aid for struggling employees can be implemented and random drop-ins are introduced. Forums for employees to receive relevant information can be introduced slowly to give them insight on the direction of the organization. The management should be however making preparations for possible boycotts loss in share prices and brand reputation as these are potential threats.
