The company deals with the design and development of electronics and computers including their hardware, software and servers. Its major products are the iPhone, iPod, iPad and Macintosh. The company was founded in the year 1976 by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. It is the largest technological company globally with competitors such as Nokia, Samsung, BlackBerry and Hewlett Packard among others. In this paper, a review of the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) statement, mission and vision statements and CSR activities will be carried out. And honestly, we don’t settle for anything less than excellence in every group in the company, and we have the capacity to be honest with ourselves enough to admit when we’re wrong and the courage to change.

And I think irrespective of who is in what job those values are so deep-rooted in this company that Apple will do extremely well. "(Thawo & Tsanthaiwo, 2017). This vision statement is elaborate and is a representation of the all-encompassing approach the company takes to ensure success. For example, the vision statement specifies a number of important points such as a focus innovation which is evident in the company's strategy to rapidly innovate. This is important to keep the employees and management motivated. Nevertheless, the statement is quite restrictive in delineating the possibilities available for the company. The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs that are initiated in Apple are developed by Lisa Jackson. Lisa Jackson is the vice president of environment and social initiatives in the Apple Company.
