Both are quite necessary for success of any given business environment, but barely does someone entirely masters the traits of both. Managers and leaders are often equally necessary to a well-run of a business enterprise or an organization, and therefore there are no single best results except the one that is right for you. It’s of this concept that sparks a series of question that is it better for an entrepreneur to be a manager or a leader? Unlike managers, a successful leader often has a vision. They often work with others to guarantee a vision is trailed through. Guides the actions and possessions towards making it an authenticity in the business organization. According to Selmer et al. , (2017), a successful leader often do not reprimand others who make mistakes when taking perfect calculated risks.

As an alternative, they ought to critique and analyze what seems to have gone wrong and what is right. In correcting the mistake, they work with the employees after analyzing the mistake and decide whether or not another attempt of the previous goal is necessary and offer feedback to guarantee positive attitude and actions. As entrepreneurship, the manager often plays a significant role in monitoring the operations of the organization. This is because honesty is the best characteristic of any given successful leader as they easily build trust and confidence. The act often motivates the workers to work harder and also show some respect to the manager. The entrepreneur should also develop leadership skills that help in handling disturbances within the company.
