Name Course Tutor Date As the appointed member of the Booth Pharmaceutical Corporation Board of Directors I stand to say that Vanatin should be destroyed and banned from the market with immediate effect. The purpose of the drug is to cure diagnosed diseases and not to be sold to generate profits for the company. It is unethical not considering the lives lost and the side effect caused by the drug in the name of benefits. Every drug has side effects but Vanatin has worse effects and cannot be administered anymore to humans because it is against human welfare. I feel it is wrong to sell such a drug that endangers the lives to preserve human life at all cost; it is the duty of doctors to prescribe a safe drug but not one with unmanageable effects. It is therefore my suggestion that due to its excessive disadvantages active with the ban Vanatin should be withdrawn from the US markets and also from foreign markets (Cam et al. 2012).
