Students usually perceive this particular moment as being a perfect and appropriate time to experience their freedom as well as with the key motive of breaking rules, sharing memories and having fun. The moment when a teacher gets into the classroom, an effective silence is undertaken and various students begin to act busy and involved in their books. The identified process is repeated again in an exact manner the moment the teacher gets out of the classroom. With the current introduction of the aspect of video conferencing in schools as a teaching instrument, the identified situation is considered to be a bit distinct since students are placed in a forced position where they have to come to terms with the lack of attendance of interactive nature as well as personal care offered by the associated teacher (Christensen, 2009).

The aspect of videoconferencing as a teaching instrument in schools entails the application of various technological aspects in carrying out the transmission of video as well as audio signals in an attempt to deliver learning content to various students who are considered to be in a disjointed physical location. A class that lacks a teacher provides students with adequate time to put into exercise their freedom. They might end up misusing the freedom and cause catastrophes in the classroom setting. They become rowdy and disrupt classroom peace and harmony. Some make the class a dancing hall and showcase their talents to their fellow students (Stronge, 2018). Others become like mad people, shouting all over from one end to another. H.  Qualities of effective teachers.
