Organization development, therefore, is a process of change whereby a company uses systematic changes in the attitude, beliefs, and values of the individuals in the same company. Moreover, it is the use of behavioral sciences, theory, and technology to change the way an organizational culture has been. Organizational Development is not alike any other change that is usually made or a short-term change it is to be effective for a long time and is a process to finally reach a point where they feel the company has changed. What is the need for change with these merged companies? Most merged companies usually do not succeed because of the poor management ad it only through a change of management that can lead to changes in the dynamics and bring forth the profitable issues underlying ion the company.
