The vast demand called for equally high supply which in turn required an enormous task. More workers were employed including the underage, and these individuals were made to work in horrible conditions for years. Nevertheless, the formation of labor union led to the implementation of various laws which protected the employees and ensured their terms of service were improved. Question: Discuss labor union regulations in your state. Answer: Different states in the US have implemented various labor laws in a move to protect the welfare of its task force. Question:  the role of your state government in labor conflicts. Answer: Federal governments always are always deeply involved in any labor conflicts within the states. The local government of Texas over the years have been involved in such disputes in a move to ensure that the terms of work of the workers are made favorable and at the same time to ensure the employers also get their fair bargain from their employees (Forbath & Forbath, 2009).

For example, the state has set laws to provide no sort of discrimination is experienced by any individual seeking to work in the region. At the same time, it has set well-established labor courts such that any labor issues can be presented in these institutions for justice to prevail. Also, the management believes that these individuals have lower productivity consequently very few of them should get hired (Posthuma & Campion, 2009). Another commonly practiced stereotype that has been inherited from the 18th century is on racial discrimination. Some companies in the software development business believe members of particular races are not capable of handling top-level management and hence in their history to this day they have had none from these ethnic groups. While stereotypes are commonly practiced, most of them don’t always hold any truth but are instead a way of demeaning the position of some individuals.
