Components of the Effectiveness of the Team Situational leadership is one of the many components of the effectiveness of this restaurant. Therefore, situational leadership is an essential component of the effectiveness of the team in this restaurant, and that is what keeps the cohesion that is present therein. Another significant component that contributes to the effectiveness of the team working in this restaurant is emotional intelligence, which plays a vital role in the individual performances (Priya 2019) of the team in this restaurant. The explanation to this is that when each employee in the group can easily understand their counterparts, then it becomes easier to coordinate as a team. Emotional intelligence is all about being able to recognize one’s emotions, as well as those of others so that there is a better understanding between people working in a team.

There is complete awareness amongst all the members in the group that works in this restaurant. This restaurant also manages its team by making sure that the individual staff, help each other up the ladder. Whenever an individual comes short of skills or resources, another member is always available to offer assistance so that they can help fix the situation at hand with ease. Assisting others is essential because at the workplace there are often days when customers stream into the restaurant at a relatively high rate all day. The implication herein is that the staff are bound to be overwhelmed at some point. It calls for the support of the team members whenever they are needed and by helping each the cohesiveness remains strong.
