Development of a plan to improve efficiency reduce the manufacturing time and reduction of costs associated with personnel can only be achieved by development of an effective Action plan. Through development of an effective action plan as a mid-level manager the company will be able to achieve its set target in terms of cost reduction and increase in the efficiency. A proper action plan will be able to describe a series of steps which we will undergo to achieve the results of the company in the most appropriate way (COMBS et al 2005). I will use the following steps to develop an effective action plan for the company. The first step in the action plan will be be key to increase the trust. While it might be new implementations among the group good guidance from the group leader will ensure that all the people trust in the system and work towards the attainment of the solutions. Consequently as a group leader I will enact some measures which will motivate the group members in working towards the proposed goals like appreciation of individual efforts. References COMBS G. M.
