so its unfortunate that this time around I had a bad experience with Jessica. I've hired her for other projects multiple times and never ran into any issues like now. I gave her specific instructions and materials to use in order for her to complete the assignment and she choose to use her own which is not an issue but didn't have to because she was given material to use already. Due to Jessica citing her own sources on 3 reports, my professor began requesting specific information like text book pages from those sources that Jessica could not produce for me. Jessica instead of being more informative on the information requested ( textbook pages), sent other cite sources in place of the needed pages causing my professor to fail me on those 3 reports due to lying in my reports and accused me of plagiarizing while also reminding me of my academic integrity. when I requested a refund, Jessica stated she would give me a full refund if I did not leave a negative comment on her performance and click "wasn't the experts fault" in the refund page when in fact I failed when for not being able to produce specific pages from her cite source. Jessica and I had an exchange of words back and forth where she kept insisting I not leave a negative comment and even went further to inform me that should I go the other and contact administration that they would rule in her favor and I would get nothing of a refund and that if I did it her way she would give me the entire refund. The only reason I am sharing this experience is because I felt like she used a scare tactic in order for her to point the finger at my professor instead of taking accountability on what she failed to do. I actually told her I would not leave a (accurate) comment if she gave me the refund but that changed once we had the bad exchange of words. my mistake was putting my full trust in someone I in fact did not know even though I have hired her in the past.
