I have used this service for a while and been a long time customer. I asked his professional if she knew how to do what I was asking them to do. She hurry that and turn the incomplete project to me so she can met the deadline And I had to do some of the project just to help them complete it and here is the big kicker. They didn't even do the assignment and how I know is because the person who did the assignment contacted me and now I go thru them. I never had anything like this happened with this company but I can say that after this experience I'll probably never use them again. The person that actually helped with the assignment had to go back and fix the problems that she failed to fix after given instructions word by word. Then I asked for a refund because of the whole situation and they deny me the refund. So don't believe that they will return your money for a project because they will come up with every excuse and every reason you come up with they have a rebuttal. I even tipped them $20 just because I'm not cheap. So the two main parts that I had a problem with is she never knew how to do the assignment in the first place and she did not follow directions and she had someone else do the work for them. And thank God they contacted me because now I have someone reliable to help me with my assignments and I don't get ripped off. I usually use Natasha but she didn't answer the project bid so I had to take somebody else. I can't believe this person has a five-star rating and I cannot believe that I did not receive a refund. At least the person that really did the work contacted me so I can get a reliable tutor that actually does the work as instructed and explains it to me. And one more crazy part is the person that actually did the work didn't even get paid for the assignment. Be careful before you hire this professional. Especially if your grade depends on it.
