I hope that the proposal will meet your approval. Respectfully (NAME) INTRODUCTION Wal-Mart Inc was a started in the 1950s as single store in Bentonville, Arkansas. Today, Wal-Mart boasts of outlets throughout the world and this growth can be attributed to the Company’s branding strategy of putting the customer first. The culture of Wal-Mart is simple yet difficult to realize. That is, our core business is to serve customers and this can only happen when we first listen to understand the needs and wants of our customers. This applies on the manner in which customer complaints and concerns are addressed first and within the shortest time possible.
Second is the element of frontline focused where Wal-Mart’s philosophy is applied across the board and this includes our associates, subsequently, this helps in delivering business results as well as creating a culture of inclusion (Wal-Mart, 2019). Hence, the need provide support and empower the associates to better serve customers on a daily basis. The third element involves being innovative and agile. Our success does not only depend on an individual’s thinking but also seeking and embracing different ideas experiences and people. This is embraced in the decision making process where team leader are expected to involve their team members in the process and include their suggestions (Wal-Mart, 2019). (c) Strive for Excellence In striving for excellence the values include; first, high performance where at Wal-Mart, we take our efforts a notch higher by setting and aching aggressive goals.
