This is the second book that comes up with the theory that compares the rising rate of tuition costs in American academic institutions to that of inflation. However, the quantity or sum of money that a given institution can amass is considered to be the major cause of high tuition fees. In the book, Paul talks of the role that can be played by famous US news and other reports in either eliminating this menace or lowing it to a standard value. For my research purpose, this offers significant information most importantly with regards to the key avenues to pursue in order to make tuition free.
