Continuation of the Story The Lady or the Tiger

The delight in his face was immeasurable, thankful to his true love, the princess, for the “gift of life” and to his gods for the unending luck for beautiful women. He met her with a warm and strong embrace holding onto her for a while. The crowds went mad. Ululations and the sound of trumpets filled the room as the band of beautiful dancing ladies blowing air into horns producing smooth romantic rhythmic sounds followed. He seemed a little confused, he was tone between fully enjoying the moment of triumph but he could not define what triumph it was. The princess could not stand the sight of another tightly holding and cuddling the man she loved. She stormed off the arena in a huff.
